In a career spanning over 28 years, Mr.Sahu worked in several roles in different industry segments covering IT consulting, business management, practice development and administration. He was one of the key founding members of erstwhile Oak Brook Technologies,a boutique SAP shop which subsequently undergone several acquisitions until getting fully merged with Zensar Technologies. In the leadership role, he managed mid size businesses including in his previous role in Wise Men Consultants and Zensar Technologies. An astute leader of people Mr.Sahu has pioneered building new teams and new businesses in diverse IT services areas.
In the current role as Founder and CEO at Radiant Technologies, Mr.Sahu has undertaken the task to drive a high-end technology business covering a niche segment of IT solutions and services in B2B,B2C,CRM,IOT,ML etc.. cutting across diverse platforms and software domains. An alumni of NIT, Rourkela, Mr.Sahu graduated in Metallurgical Engineering in year 1989.Besides his passion for work, he is also avid reader of Indian History and literature and also keen observer of social events.
With more than 25 years of experience Kameswara Rao is a highly skilled finance professional with experience ranging from transaction processing to finalization / consolidation of accounts cutting across industries like Textiles, Packaging, Healthcare & Lifesciences.
Kamesh has an experience of nearly two decades in SAP applications spreading into FICO, SD, MM, PM, PP & QM with a specialization in FICO. Successfully led the roll outs of SAP across Globe locations of Dr Reddys and experienced in country specific requirements of UK, Mexico, Russia and North America including India.
Kamesh is also an SME in Pharma and recognized solution architect for processes from Manufacturing of API/Formulations to distribution with an exclusive focus on Generics in North America apart from providing apt solutions for CMO / R&D activities etc. He had an overall experience of 15 years with reference to North America Generics markets and involved in designing, building controls and implementations of solutions for Generics Distribution by using various systems / applications like SAP, Vistex / I-Many etc. and also designing the SOPs apart from setting of the back office operations for Dr Reddys US sites in India. During the illustrious career with Dr Reddys he worked closely with operating teams at US and provided solutions for 3PL Services, EDI and also for managing the co-packer / CMO locations. He had an opportunity to work with regulatory teams involving 21CFR Compliance and understanding of Gxp / cGMP /FDA requirements and compliance with them. As a trained professional in S-OX compliance, involved in designing the process, mapping the RCM’s and providing the walkthroughs on the design / operating of the controls defined. Worked closely with prestigious consulting firms like KPMG/EY/ PWC / Capgemini/ Accenture and IBM on various projects from finance to IT solutions.
He also served as Finance Director for 4 years for two of the Dr Reddys sites in TN & LA in USA while worked as an integration manager for the Mexico acquisition. In his recently concluded engagement with Dr Reddys, he handled the Indian operations including P2P, OTC and R2R functions and has an oversight of team nearly 80+ members.
Sudhakar has more than 18 years of experience in sales, new market penetration and partnership development. Prior to Radiant Technologies, Sudhakar has successfully jump-started growth in new markets for Wise Men, Zensar Technologies and JadeGlobal, SAP and Oracle Resellers and implementation partners. During his role at Oracle based out of their Burlington, MA office he was involved in selling Oracle ERP and PLM software to midsized companies across Eastern US and Canada. He started his enterprise applications sales career at GEMS, SAP All-in-One Value Added Reseller, which got acquired by EDS – HP.
He is an MBA from State University of New York (SUNY), Buffalo with a Bachelor’s in Statistics from University of Delhi. Sudhakar spends his free time playing tennis, soccer and football (trying to get hang of it!) with his 11-year-old daughter.
In span of over 15 years Mr. Sankalp worked on strategic planning and support for all aspects as an integral component with business and service partners within areas of responsibilities. Led the SAP technology transformation of the next generation platform, in previous role he has worked with Atos Origin and Accenture, exposed to domain Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Telecom, Manufacturing, Automobile, Consumer Product, eCommerce, Healthcare. Presently Mr. Sankalp has contributed in ITRADIANT for Developing strategies to leverage technology and partnerships to grow the business. Defining strategies for new markets. Providing leadership and leading cross-functional teams on existing engagements. Responsible for managing and executing business development activities for IT and other company business lines. Creating capabilities maturity state of the legacy IT infrastructure and personnel. Defined the perception of the corporate IT function from business inhibitor to business enabler as evidenced through direct customer feedback and service satisfaction surveys.
